Voila, à 2 jours du départ je me fais l'effet du lapin d Alice au pays des merveilles... toujours pressée. Pour une semaine yoguique détente, ça fait désordre !!
Je cours je cours, vite vite, au lieu de procéder par élimination, j'ai l'impression d'accumuler les " choses à faire "...
Enfin, je le sais , à chaque fois ça le fait, une fois calée en direction de l'aéroport , j'aurais déjà oublié cette agitation.
Mais même le Pranayama de ce soir était brouillé, impossible de lâcher complètement... En arrière plan de mon cerveau, allez savoir pourquoi, une musique d Earth winds And fire qui me donnait une
furieuse envie de danser !!!!
