Premier cours avec Prashant ce matin , 7 heures du matin , tous pas très frais sur les tapis, il fait nuit,un peu frais , mais les pieds supportent les tongs :-)
On est nombreux , comme d habitude, mais la France n'est guère représentée. Par contre , les russes sont arrivés par wagons, fuyant les grands froids...
4 postures au cours de ces deux heures, on reste longtemps, on s'assoit beaucoup et on écoute.
Pas toujours facile, Prashant a un style bien particulier, il parle beaucoup par métaphores, et pour ne rien arranger, le bruit des voitures et des oiseaux ( en fait des sortes de pies qui font
un bruit d'enfer !) couvre souvent son discours. Ajoutez à ça , une folle envie de dormir car la nuit n'était en fait pas vraiment calée... Certains indiens (pourtant sans décalage horaire)
roupillaient sur leur bolsters ...
Sur l'expiration, udyana , tout en faisant utthita trikonasana ou vira 2... Interesting...
Et puis pratique perso pendant 3 heures , certains font leur show, tout à l'inverse de ce dont a parlé Prashant il y a juste une heure... C'est à qui fera la posture la plus
spectaculaire....bon qu ils fassent , je cherche autre chose....
On a rencontré hier soir notre colocataire, John , un anglais , prof aussi , mais surtout chercheur à l université dans le domaine de la grossesse. Le pauvre , il est arrivé sans valise , elle
avait juste pris son temps pour retrouver son proprio; l'a heureusement récupérée cet après midi.
Sa première fois à Pune , on joue les habituées , on explique , donne des conseils :-)
